Prashant Kumar Balodia has over 13 years of experience in the areas of corporate secretarial matters. Being a fellow member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India he is also a Law graduate and Masters in Commerce. His areas of expertise includes:

ANURADHA NEWATIA

Anuradha Newatia is a Senior Associate of the firm. She has over 8 years of experience in Corporate Secretarial matters. Prior to associating with the firm as a partner, she worked as a Full Time Company Secretary with various corporates and independently handled secretarial and compliance related work. She has gained substantial experience and knowledge in a short span of time and has handled a variety of assignments over the provisions of Companies Act. She works with the team and the clients with equal empathy to sustain and encourage cooperative relationships. She is an Associate member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and has done B. Com (Hons.) from Delhi University.

Shubham Kumar is a Commerce graduate from Banaras Hindu University and Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He heads the Secretarial Audit for our clients.He has expertise in Stamping of securities and liaison with Ministries and Government Departments. He has thorough knowledge on the various corporate laws viz, Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, Foreign Exchange Laws, IPR Laws, etc.He isresponsible for representation of the clients on any corporate law matters before authorities like the Registrar of Companies, Official Liquidator, Regional Director and National Company Law Tribunal.

CS Ankit Kumar Srivastava

Ankit Kumar Srivastava is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India has one year experience in Secretarial Work. His areas of specialization include ensuring compliance with the Rules, Regulations and bye-laws pertaining to Securities Exchange and Board of India (SEBI) and Stock Exchanges, due diligence etc. He is well versed with listing of shares at Indian Stock Exchanges.

Mr. Gyan Ranjan Ojha

Gyan Ranjan Ojha heads the Labour law Compliances, legal and regulatory issues and applicability of various laws. Besides Companies Act, he has good command on Foreign Exchange Laws, SEBI and Stock Exchange related rules, regulations and bye-laws. He also has exposure in handling accounting, preparing MIS reports, scrutiny of Balance Sheets and is well versed with XBRL filing. He is associated with the firm for more than 3 years.

Ms. Shikha Modi

Shikha is Commerce graduate from Delhi University and She has been associated with the firm for more than one year. Her areas of specialization are formation of Company and LLP, Due diligence, Shifting of registered office, compounding of offence under Company Law, managing compliances of the companies etc. She actively coordiates with the clients to serve the clients well on time.

Mr. Adarsh Tiwari

Adarsh is an Associate of the Firm having more than one year of experience in the field of secretarial, legal and corporate advisory matters. He is experienced in drafting and vetting of various documents, Agreements and deeds on various matters. He handles the process and legal documentation on various company law matters and also corresponds and coordinates with clients to meet the statutory compliances.
